Gary graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Structural Engineering minor.
Todd Scholl - CM&AA, SVP Business Development
Senior-level executive with 25 years experience developing and executing corporate strategy and marketing across technology, construction, SaaS, and retail industries. Todd is responsible for overseeing and facilitating each stage of the M&A process on both the buy and sell-side. His expertise includes go-to-market strategy, lead generation, market and industry research, negotiations, and managing deal flow for our clients. He holds the designation of CM&AA (Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor) and is a member of the AM&AA (Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors).

His background includes the design, construction, and management of complex infrastructure and development projects globally. Brent is responsible for originating and facilitating acquisitions, ownership transitions, market research, and consultation through various stages of the M&A process. His unique combination of engineering, operational, and business experience allows him to effectively bridge the gap between contractors, owners, and investors. Brent holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Civil Structural Engineering and is an International Professional Engineer.
